In order to further speed the processing of your arriving units at our Freight Check in gate at our Zeebrugge terminal, we need to remind and advise of a change in arrival requirements.
Aligning to all of our P&O Terminals on the North Sea, as from Monday 6th March there will be no access permitted to our Zeebrugge Terminal, unless there is a booking for the correct associated unit ID for a shipment ex-Zeebrugge to either one of our Tilbury, Hull or Teesport services, a booking for storage, or a booking for rail onward services.
Any rail arriving units in Zeebrugge also need to have a booking in place for shipment, storage units or dry port handling, prior to rail service in question arriving on our Zeebrugge Terminal. Failure to do so will result in additional handling charges as per the link below to our ancillary charge sheet.

Any units that do not have a booking in place on arrival will be refused entry to our Terminal until an associated booking is received.
Any drivers whom are not delivering any units and are collecting-only, will still be permitted to the Terminal to collect their units.
