Unfortunately, quay congestion due to trailers and unaccompanied vehicles not being collected within the agreed time scales has an impact on the efficiency of the disembarkation and loading of the vessels which makes it difficult to maintain schedules and continue to offer the reliability of the service we know our customers need to provide for their customers.

We must request that all trailers are collected from Cairnryan, Heysham, Birkenhead and all Belfast Ports as quickly as possible so we can maintain schedules, reduce delays for drivers dropping and collecting trailers and create space for the efficient and safe turnaround of vessels.

Please note we will be unable to accept new bookings from customers with long standing trailers on quay until these trailers are collected.
